Our Distillery
KJ & CO DISTILLERY
At KJ & CO DISTILLERY we distil spirits in small batches. This enables our artisan master distiller to create a true craft product. Every part of its production is done by hand using traditional time-tested methods.The smaller amount of spirits being produced enables the distiller to take more care and attention. Of course it relies on the producer’s diligence – together with the quality of the products they use (from base spirits through to the botanicals) – to really make something uniquely special.
Our Gins
Last Minute Botanical Gin
Last Minute is a modern botanical gin with a light juniper and Citrus profile. Delicious sweet spices on entry that follow through into the palate to give a citrusy aftertaste.
It is a boutique gin made in very small batches, truly handmade.

Our Rums
Plunders Original
Using 10yr XO rum as its base, Plunders Rum is masterfully blended to create a smooth rich Caribbean Rum that is ideal for sipping on its own, in a cocktail, or add your favourite mixer. A rich and unctuous rum with notes of pineapple, toffee, banoffee pie, vanilla and caramelized tropical fruit balanced with hints of trade wind spice on the finish.
